Magus Electronics combines electronic and PCB product design with in-house assembly from Wheelock, near Sandbach in Cheshire. Working to ISO 9001:2015 and IPC-A-610 standards with RoHS-compliant processes, the company runs mixed surface-mount and through-hole assembly on single- and double-sided rigid boards, with hand, wave and reflow soldering in leaded and lead-free processes and BGA and DIP package handling. Testing covers visual inspection, component inspection and value checks, solder paste inspection and functional test, and the service range extends to wire harness and discrete cable assembly with crimping, electro-mechanical box build with enclosure fabrication and final product test, plus material management. Prototype, fast-turn, low-, medium- and high-volume orders are accepted on a turnkey or free-issue basis for medical, industrial, consumer electronics and commercial customers.
