C-MAC Electronics Solutions

C-MAC Electronics Solutions is the Warwick-based UK arm of the multi-site C-MAC group, which also operates in Belgium, Canada and Poland. The Warwick site, trading as C-MAC SMT Ltd with 29 staff, holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certification and works to IPC Class 2 and 3, providing turnkey contract manufacturing on rigid, flexible, metal-backed and ceramic boards across surface-mount, through-hole and mixed assembly, with two SMT lines. Box build covers electro-mechanical assembly, potting and cable and wire harness work, in prototype to medium volumes. The wider group adds thick-film ceramic circuits, wire bonding, vacuum soldering and hermetic modules, with IATF 16949 and AS/EN 9100 held at its Belgian and Canadian sites.
