UK Electronics manufactures electronic assemblies from Royton, Greater Manchester, certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, IPC-A-610, RoHS, JOSCAR, Cyber Essentials and IPC/WHMA-A-620, and employing 51 to 200 people. The company works across flexible, rigid, hybrid, HDI, rigid-flex and metal-based (aluminium-clad) boards, with mixed surface-mount and through-hole assembly including BGA packages, hand, wave, selective and reflow soldering in leaded or lead-free finishes. Turnkey component sourcing and material supply chain management, box build through to system integration and final product test, wire harness and discrete cable assembly with crimping and continuity testing, and conformal coating are also offered. Established in 1983, UK Electronics supports prototype through low-, medium- and high-volume production for automotive, commercial, energy, industrial, medical, railway and telecoms customers.

Its design capability covers RF layout, EMC and matched and controlled impedance work spanning single-sided rigid through to complex multi-layer flexi-rigid boards, with surface-mount and through-hole assembly across low, medium and high production volumes.
