Kasdon Electronics Limited is a contract electronics manufacturer in Willenhall, West Midlands, founded in 1997 as the assembly spin-off of PCB fabricator Clarydon Electronic Services and now part of NOTE UK and the wider NOTE Group. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 and inspecting to IPC-A-610, it runs six Juki SMT lines providing 15 million placements a month, plus a prototype line with one-to-three-day lead times. Through-hole work uses dual-wave soldering in lead-free and tin-lead processes, with military-spec encapsulation and device programming. Kasdon also offers cable assembly through a local partner, box build from enclosures to complete machines, and flexible sourcing including free-issue and hybrid kitting with buffer-stock agreements, for volumes from one-off prototypes to high-volume production across medical, defence, automotive and rail customers.
