Kaizen Technology Ltd provides PCB assembly, box build, supply chain and logistics services to electronics OEMs from Melbourn, near Royston, under a "Your Production, Our Premises" model, and is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, working to IPC Class 2 or Class 3 as customers require. Its surface-mount line runs Mycronic pick-and-place machines. Kaizen also supplies bare PCBs through UK partner fabricators, manages bills of materials with kitting, free-issue integration and obsolescence monitoring, builds and tests complete products with chassis and wiring assembly, holds finished stock for call-off, and offers repair, refurbishment and aftermarket services. Typical batches run from prototypes and NPI builds to 50-5,000 units a month, with larger volumes via Far East partners, for customers in industrial control, medical, EV charging and utilities.
