Instrumentation & Control Services (Hereford) Ltd (ICS) is a family-run contract manufacturer of cable assemblies, wire assemblies, sensors and electro-mechanical assemblies, operating from a 5,000 sq ft facility in Peterchurch, Herefordshire, and supplying UK and European customers since 1972. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and manufactures to RoHS 3 requirements. Its cable work covers custom wire-to-board and wire-to-wire assemblies, multicore, RF coaxial and Mil-Spec harnesses. ICS also winds coils, encapsulates and injection-moulds sensor and cable components, CNC-machines sensor bodies in house, and offers small-to-medium-batch PCB assembly with box build and electro-mechanical final assembly, test and packaging. Prototype, pre-production and low- to high-volume orders are handled with fast turnaround and Kanban supply, for customers in defence and communications, automotive, aerospace and renewable energy sectors.
