Express Circuits Group brings PCB design, fabrication and assembly together at its Coleshill, Warwickshire site, holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485 and AS9100 certification alongside RoHS and UL compliance. The group manufactures rigid, flexible and rigid-flex boards and runs surface-mount assembly with BGA capability, verified by functional and flying probe testing, from fast-turn prototypes to medium-volume production. Wire harness and discrete cable assembly and system integration complete the offer, with components supplied on a turnkey, hybrid or free-issue basis for aerospace and defence and automotive customers.

The facility holds ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certification and offers in-house conformal coating, potting and box build through to full system integration and final test, on a turnkey or consigned basis. Part of the international Asteelflash/USI electronics manufacturing network, the operation supports work from prototype and NPI through to volume production for aerospace, consumer electronics, telecom, IoT and industrial customers, with the wider group also serving automotive, medical and clean-energy markets.

C-MAC Electronics Solutions

C-MAC Electronics Solutions is the Warwick-based UK arm of the multi-site C-MAC group, which also operates in Belgium, Canada and Poland. The Warwick site, trading as C-MAC SMT Ltd with 29 staff, holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certification and works to IPC Class 2 and 3, providing turnkey contract manufacturing on rigid, flexible, metal-backed and ceramic boards across surface-mount, through-hole and mixed assembly, with two SMT lines. Box build covers electro-mechanical assembly, potting and cable and wire harness work, in prototype to medium volumes. The wider group adds thick-film ceramic circuits, wire bonding, vacuum soldering and hermetic modules, with IATF 16949 and AS/EN 9100 held at its Belgian and Canadian sites. Customers span aerospace and defence, automotive, rail and industrial customers.
