It handles prototype and low-to-medium volume surface-mount assembly with turnarounds from 24 hours, including fine-pitch, package-on-package and FBGA work on rigid, flexible and metal-backed boards, verified by flying-probe test and X-ray inspection. The operation holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/21 certification, offers design, repair and rework and kitted material management, and serves aerospace and defence, medical and automotive customers.
