Trojan Electronics is a contract electronics manufacturer operating a 180,000 sq ft facility in Swansea, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RoHS, and employing 51 to 200 people. Its core process is surface-mount and through-hole assembly of rigid PCBs using hand and automated soldering with automated optical inspection and functional test, from prototype through to large-batch production. Box build extends to electro-mechanical assembly and system integration, with wire harness manufacture, PCB design, turn-key assembly and conformal coating also offered. The Contract Electronic Manufacturing brand traces back to 2002, and the current entity has traded since 2018, serving aerospace and defence, automotive, industrial, medical and telecoms customers.
