Mixed surface-mount and through-hole assembly, including BGA packages, runs with hand, wave, reflow and RoHS lead-free soldering on flexible, rigid, HDI, rigid-flex and aluminium-backed boards, verified by AOI, X-ray, flying probe, impedance, functional and environmental testing from prototype through to high-volume runs. Drilling, routing, box build with enclosure assembly, wire harness and cable assembly with crimping, PCB design and assembly rework are also offered, serving automotive, industrial, medical, consumer electronics, telecom, aerospace and defence customers. Also certified to UL, IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 and ITAR, and RoHS compliant.
