Its SMT line places components from 0201 up to fine-pitch QFP, BGA and micro-BGA packages on rigid, double-sided boards, with mixed through-hole assembly using reflow, selective and lead-free or tin-lead soldering, and every board passes 100% AOI before and after reflow, supplemented by visual, boundary scan and customer-specified functional testing. Turnkey component supply is offered across prototype, low and medium-volume production for military and defence customers.
