Arian EMS provides turnkey surface-mount PCB assembly from Ashington, Northumberland, covering prototyping through to high-volume production with box build, conformal coating, material management and logistics support. Recent investment in Panasonic placement equipment has taken capacity to around 100,000 PCBs a month, with inline automated optical inspection and functional, in-circuit and high-voltage testing. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certification and supplies aerospace, automotive, medical and security-sector customers from a team of around 40; it has been part of the CorpAcq group since 2025.
