TestWorks, established in 2001 and part of RailSense Solutions since 2023, provides electronics design, manufacture and test services from Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, certified to ISO 9001. The company assembles surface-mount and through-hole rigid PCBs across low, medium and high complexity work, verified with automated optical inspection, X-ray, functional, flying probe and boundary scan testing on prototype through low- and medium-volume orders. Box build spans electro-mechanical and enclosure assembly, panel and cabinet build through to system integration and final product test, with wire harness and discrete cable assembly with crimping, conformal coating, and PCB design also available for aerospace and defence, automotive, energy, industrial, marine, medical, railway and telecoms customers.
