ESCATEC's Lutterworth, Leicestershire site is part of a vertically integrated EMS group whose services run from PCB assembly and microelectronics through box build, mechatronics and plastic injection moulding. The facility holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 27001 certification, with RoHS and REACH compliance and ATEX-rated processes. Assembly covers surface-mount and through-hole work on rigid, flexible, rigid-flex and metal-based boards, including BGA, QFN, POP and COB packages, with hand, wave, reflow and selective soldering in leaded and lead-free processes. Turnkey and kitted component sourcing, wire harness and discrete cable assembly, electro-mechanical and panel/cabinet build, and system-level integration are also offered. Customers span industrial, medical, automotive, marine, aerospace and defence, and railway technology.
