Ultra CEMS
Ultra CEMS, formerly Ultra PCS, is a contract electronics manufacturing (CEMS) facility in Weymouth, Dorset, part of Eaton Corporation, serving defence, aerospace and oil and gas customers. The site holds AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and Nadcap (Circuit Card Assemblies) accreditation. It provides low-to-medium volume surface-mount and through-hole assembly of double-sided boards, including micro-BGA and CSP packages, using hand (IPC-A-610 Class 3), wave and selective soldering in leaded and lead-free processes, alongside parylene and other specialist coatings, potting, and repair. Testing covers X-ray, in-circuit, functional, flying probe, boundary scan, environmental stress screening and device programming, with design-for-manufacture and test support, box build and wire harness assembly also offered.
