Soumac Assembly Services Ltd assembles PCBs to IPC-A-610 Class 2 workmanship standards from its Portsmouth, Hampshire site, certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and RoHS compliant. The company runs mixed surface-mount and through-hole assembly with reflow, leaded and lead-free soldering, placing BGA packages on rigid boards, verified by X-ray inspection, environmental stress testing and functional test, for high-mix prototype, low- and medium-volume orders. Turnkey and free-issue component supply, PCB testing and repair round out the offering, and the company has served industrial customers since 2004; it became part of the Cherrytech Group in November 2024.
