Active PCB Solutions is a contract PCB assembler in Reading, Berkshire, just off the M4 corridor, trading since 1997 and handling prototype, low-volume and high-volume orders from the same site, including off-shore volume production through partner facilities in China and Central Europe. The company holds AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IPC-A-610 and REACH compliance, running surface-mount and through-hole assembly on rigid boards using hand, wave, reflow and selective soldering, with package handling extending to BGA, micro-BGA, QFN, QFP, flip chip and package-on-package. Testing covers AOI, X-ray, visual, in-circuit, functional, flying probe, boundary scan, hi-pot and environmental methods, with box build, conformal coating and repair/rework also offered. Customers span aerospace and defence, automotive, commercial, industrial, medical and telecom sectors.
